PETAL, Miss. - National Weather Service reported an EF-1 tornado hit Petal Wednesday morning.

The tornado happened on West Central Avenue, and damaged the old Pizza Hut, Kitrell Industrial & Supply, Chase's Tire & Auto, and a house nearby.
