Fire destroys home in Laurel

LAUREL, Miss - A Laurel home was engulged in flames on the 4500 block of Indian Springs Road around midnight last nigiht.

The Jones County fire department responded to a call and battled the blaze all night.

Dan McKenna, Jones County Fire Coordinator, says, "There was no one in the home at that time and no injuries have been reported."

The fire and sheriff department are still investigating the origin of the fire.
