Hercules plant, City of Hattiesburg settlement

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The legal claims of the groundwater contamination from the previous Hercules plant is now resolved.
The City of Hattiesburg will receive a settlement of around $3 million.
There were reports that Hercules improperly disposed harmful chemicals in the facility for decades.
