Local Army National Guard, closing down

LUMBERTON, Miss. - Lumberton's Army National Guard facility is closing down.

District 2 Supervisor, Warren Byrd said the City of Lumberton does not want the building and cannot afford to keep it.

Lamar County Board of Supervisors are looking into ways to keeping the building for another purpose.
