HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Classes are back in session after the holiday break, but minds aren't entirely focused on studies just yet.
Many students are taking time out to shop on this Cyber Monday.
Student, Taylor Terigo said, "It depends on what it is. I like shopping online because you get more variety. But, online is easier."
"Standing in those lines was pretty ridiculous to say the least, and I did it at a couple of stores. So, to be able to have those discounts on some of the items I want to get for maybe other people or myself is pretty nice," said student, A.J. Trevino.
Students are looking to buy a variety of things.
Terigo said "definitely some new shoes, cause your girl needs some new shoes. Probably maybe a laptop, kind of need that for class."
Student, Malik Harris said, "I want the Timb's (Timberlands), a little Fendi belt. I might get the Maroon 12's for a female. I might a PS4 too."
"I'm kind of in the shopping mood for a lot of music stuff. That's kind of what I do here. I'm a recording industry production major. So, I've been having my eye on a really nice Bluetooth speaker to use for quite a while," said Trevino.
