HATTIESBURG, Miss. - This is a press release from the Public Service Commission Office.

On January 19, 2017 at 10 A.M. a hearing will take place in which representatives from Arnold Line Water Association (Association) will defend their legal position as to why they will not comply with the advised changes set out by the Public Service Commission (Commission) in November.

On November 2, the Commission opened a case regarding Arnold Line Water Association and issued the Association a letter advising changes to be made to their rules and regulations in order to comply with the Commission’s rules and Mississippi Code.

After the hearing, the matter will be taken into advisement prior to the drafting of a recommended order that will be submitted to the Commission for approval.

The hearing is open to the public and will take place at 10 A.M. Tuesday, January 10, 2017 in the Mississippi Public Service Commission Hearing Room, 1st floor, Woolfolk State Office Building in Jackson. (501 N West St, Jackson, MS 39201)
