Hattiesburg pastor Kenneth Fairley surrenders to Pensacola Federal Prison

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Hattiesburg Pastor Kenneth Fairley, 63, surrendered to authorities Thursday and is in custody with the Federal Bureau of Prisons.


Fairley surrendered to the Federal Prison in Pensacola after his request to extend his surrender time was denied.


Fairley was found guilty in September on all three counts of government fraud and conspiracy.

He is sentence to 3 years in prison.
