Cash reward for information on stolen $50k farm equipment near Forrest-Stone county line
FORREST COUNTY, MS. - Investigations with the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Metro Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward for tips that lead to the arrest and recovery of stolen farm equipment early March.
Forrest County Investigator Nick Calico said the equipment was stolen from a farm near the Forrest-Stone county line and is worth up to $50,000.
“There were heavy farm equipment, that was taken between midnight March 11, and 3:30 p.m. that afternoon on March 12" said Calico.
Investigators obtained surveillance footage of the thief driving South on U.S. Highway 49 towards Stone county.
