Baby Miss United States helping children affected by Hurricane Harvey
HATTIESBURG, MS. - Saedi Grace Rawls, 4, of Columbia, Mississippi is the reigning Baby Miss United States winner.
Rawls is collecting monetary donations to help children affected by Hurricane Harvey in Houston, Texas.
Along with other Baby Miss America Pageant contestants and mothers Rawls plans to purchase art supplies and toys.
The organization will take the donations straight to the children currently housed in shelters. Marricia Rawls, Saedi Grace's mother says, "It just breaks our hearts to see the devastation that these kids have been through and we just want to be a ray of sunshine and hope for these kids.”
