Jones County Sheriff's Department holds public car auction

HATTIESBURG, MISS. – The Jones County Sheriff’s Department is holding a public car auction for 17 seized and forfeited vehicles involved in controlled substance cases.

There will be a special preview and preregistration held on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 12Noon-4:30pm at the site of the auction – 3 Park Hill Drive, Laurel (the former Crocker’s on the Hill parking lot). Registration is free. An additional preview and registration will begin at 8:00am on Saturday, April 28, 2018.

The auction will begin promptly at 10:00am on Saturday, April 28, 2018. Cash, debit or credit cards accepted only, no checks. All vehicles are sold as is and all sales are final. Must be 18 years or older to purchase.
