Burn Ban for Jones County

JONES CO, MS - The Mississippi Forestry Commission has issued a burn ban for Jones County effective immediately. The burn ban prohibits any outdoor burning of any kind. The Burn Ban will remain in effect until conditions warrant the lifting of the ban. Anyone found in violation of this burn ban may be subject to citations issued by the Jones County Sheriff’s Department.
