REAP (Renal Evaluation & Assessment Program)

Do you have

  • High blood pressure?

  • Diabetes?

  • A family history of high blood pressure, diabetes or kidney disease?

Kidney disease is often referred to as the “silent” disease. Early kidney disease has no symptoms. You can’t feel that you have it, so it is important to know if you are at risk for kidney disease so that you can get tested.

If you answered “yes” to any of the above questions, you are considered at risk for kidney disease. Kidney disease can be treated if caught in the early stages, so please come to our next FREE screening.
