Hattiesburg Police Department Accreditation

Hattieburg, MS - The Hattiesburg Police Department is scheduled for an on-site assessment as part of a program to maintain accredited status.

Administered by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEA) the program requires agencies to comply with state-of-the-art standards in four basic areas.

Members of the community are invited to offer comments at a public information session Monday, November 9th, 2015 at 6 PM. The session will be held at the Hattiesburg Police Training Academy located at 53 Academy Drive.
