Local boy goes to Disney World
HATTIESBURG, Miss - Justice Moncrief is a fun loving ten year old boy, but he's batting a life threating seizure disorder. His biggest wish is to visit his favorite theme park, Disney World.
Justice and his family were overjoyed to receive the trip.
Bridgette Lang, Justice's mother, says, "I just plan on having fun and riding a lot of rides as possible to make him as happy as possible."
Thanks to Kretschmar and Make-A-Wish, that wish was granted with a special send-off party.
A volunteer of Make-A-Wish, Janet Vlouin says, "I think that hope is such a very important part of their process and I have been told that hope is a really important part of their journey they have something to look forward to and it actually inspires the family to just work through what they need to work through so they have something to look forward to."
The event is part of th Kretschmar legendary wishes campaign. Kretschmar has contributed over $315,000 to Make-A-Wish and will donate up to $150,000 more this year with their current fundraising promotion.
