Four William Carey students sing to the finals

HATTIESBURG, Miss - Four William Carey University students recently qualified for finals during a competition held by the National Association of Teachers of Singing Southern Region in Monroe, Louisiana.

The students that qualified are Ryan Thomas, Ben Salters, Nick Joslin, and Elena Gage.

More than 350 singers from schools in the region, which includes Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas participated in the annual competition.

The National Association is the largest professional association of teachers of singing in the world with more than 7,000 members in the United States and nearly 30 countries.
