Marvin Banks' autopsy report shows heart disease


FORREST COUNTY, Miss - The Forrest County Sheriff Department is stating that Marvin Banks, 29, was found unresponsive in his cell. First responders performed CPR and took Banks to Forrest General Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 7:40 PM.

Forrest County Coroner, Butch Benedict, releases Banks' autopsy report and shows that Banks suffered from heart disease. However, Banks' toxicology report is still pending.

Banks was charged with two counts of capital murder for shooting two Hattiesburg Police Officers, 34 year old, Benjamin J. Deen and 25 year old, Liquori Tate back in May 2015 after a routine traffic stop.
