Covington County, Miss. - A Covington County pedestrian who was killed on Christmas day has been identified.
Authorities said 27-year-old Garcia Vasquez was walking in the middle of the road near the Highway 49 and 589 intersection in Seminary early Friday morning when he was hit by a car twice.
No charges have been filed.
