Red Cross Issues a Report on Recent Mississippi Storm Weather Damage
The Red Cross has been busy since Sunday night, assisting victims of the recent weather storms.
Red Cross have tallied up 268 Mississippi homes that have been affected by the weather storms.
According to the Red Cross, 113 homes have been destroyed, 45 homes have major damage, 63 have minor damage, and 47 have been affected.
Red Cross workers have opened three shelters. Red cross also sent out 80-plus volunteers, with 11 being in South Mississippi.
Red Cross assessment teams are not done and are still conducting surveys in all areas affected.
