Walmart Supercenter?

Lamar County, Miss. - The proposal to have a Walmart Supercenter on Highway 98 in Lamar County has been delayed.

Walmart representatives asked the Lamar County Planning Commission to end discussions until further notice.

In December, the planning commission communicated plans with Walmart representatives to discuss plans at its March meeting about the potential Walmart Supercenter.
