Prentiss police looking for suspect after motel shooting

PRENTISS, Miss - Prentiss Police are looking for a suspect after a Wednesday night shooting that killed one and injured another at Western Motel.

Officers were dispatched to Western Motel after shots were fired.

Chief of Police, Joseph Bulock says, "When officers arrived on scence one victim was shot and the other was transported by hospital and then they found another victim found in the hotel room who was shot."

The name of the victim will not be released until next of kin is notified and the investigation is still ongoing.
