USPS honors Black History Month with a signature stamp

The United States Postal Service is doing its part in honor of Black History Month.

All this month it's selling Richard Allen stamps.

Allen was the founder of the African Methodist Episcopal Church.

This is the 39th Black Heritage stamp the postal service have used, which dates back to 1978.
