LAUREL, Miss - The Laurel Main Street is hosting their 5th Annual Magnolia State Bank Chili Cook Off on Feb 20.
President Board of Directors, Mallori Rasberry says, "Every year it is continuously growing and it is a really fun downtown family event and every year we have more and more teams and people that show up."
Every recipe will be made from scratch and patrons will determine the People’s Choice Award.
The winner in the traditional category will take home $1,000.000 and keep the famous traveling Red Chili Pepper Trophy carved by master chainsaw artist Dayton Scoggins for an entire year.
