The Bobcats and Lady Bobcats MACJC semifinals play

Ellisville, Miss. - The Lady Bobcats played Itawamba and the Bobcats played Mississippi Gulf Coast Wednesday night in the MACJC semifinals.

The Lady Bobcats had a horrendous shooting performance in the first half and could not overcome it in the second half.

JCJC fell short against the Lady Indians, 58-48.

Now for the men, the Bobcats endured a double overtime thriller against the Mississippi Gulf Coast Bulldogs in the semifinals.

The Bobcats beat the Bulldogs, 95-93.

Freshmen phenom, Bruce Stevens finished the game with 20 points and grabbed 11 boards, which gave him his 14th double-double of the season.

JCJC will play Southwest for the championship Thursday night.
