Four people charged with 10-month-old baby's death

FORREST COUNTY, Miss - Four people connected to the death of a 10-month old baby made their initial court appearance Wednesday.

On Dec. 22, 2015 the Forrest County officers received a call of the 10-month old baby that was not breathing. The child was transported to a local hospital and was pronounced deceased.

Kelly Csaszar, 51, Michelle Csaszar, 41, Kaily Csaszar, 22, and Ryan Dykes, 28, are charged with child neglect, contributing to the neglect, and death of a child. There bonds are set at $25,000.

Nick Calico of the Forrest County Sheriff's Department says, "Through the investigation it was determined that they all had an obligation that was to the child."

The autopsy results of the baby is still pending and the case is still under investigation.
