Hattiesburg Fire Department receives new logos

HATTIESBURG, Miss - University of Southern Miss students teamed up with the Hattiesburg Fire Department (HFD) to design a new logo.

Students submitted 6 designs and HFD voted on a logo that best suits their mission in civil service.

Fire Chief Paul Preseley says, "We are happy with the logo, we think it is different looking. It has kind of an old timey look about them and I think everybody likes that look."

More of the new logos will be put on new equipment that will be purchased in the future.
