Burglary suspect caught in Forrest county, breaks into same house twice
FORREST COUNTY, Miss - The Forrest County Sheriff's department arrested Anthony Gleen Whitworth, 34, for burglary after video surveillance shows he was breaking into the same house twice.
Whitworth was charged with burglary, dwelling house, breaking and entering.
The homeowner was able to obtain footage of Whitworth after the first break in. The homeowner decided to put up a video surveillance after the first entry and 6 days later Whitworth was seen on surveillance breaking into the same house.
Deputies put an arrest warrant out on Whitworth and was later arrested during a routine traffic stop on March 3.
Forrest county Investigator, Nick Calico, mentions Whitworth may be connected to other burglaries.
"There is also a continuing investigation on other burglaries that could be linked to the suspect" Calico says.
Whitworth is awaiting bond.
