Jones Co. man arrested on multiple assault charges

Jones County, Miss. - A local man from Jones County is now behind bars.

Jones county deputies said they arrested David Payne for attacking his girlfriend, mother, and grandmother.

Deputies said Payne is charged with one count of aggravated assault and two counts of aggravated domestic assault.

Payne has a $90,000 bond.
