"A Night in Italy" fundraiser
Hattiesburg, Miss. - Rotary and USM's Children's Center have teamed up together to host an annual fundraiser.
The fundraiser will include a spaghetti dinner and will give people an opportunity to meet some of the parents and kids from the Children's Center.
Samantha McCain, USM’s Children’s Center communications coordinator said, "A Night in Italy" has been going on for 12 years. This is a long-standing partnership that we've had with the Rotary Club of Hatttiesburg. They're great partners of ours. We can't do what we do on a daily basis without organizations like Rotary who invest in our cause. So we're very excited about doing this for the 12th year in a row.”
McCain said “it's not just a traditional spaghetti supper. You can dine-in or carry-out. But it is an opportunity, if you dine-in, you get to spend some time with our children. When you get to see face-to-face the cause you are supporting, it means a little bit more. It's a little bit more special."
"A Night in Italy" will be on May 3. People can buy tickets for $12 each at the Children's Center.
