Former Columbia School District employee is accused of embezzlement

Columbia, Miss. - A former Columbia School District employee is now behind bars.

Jefferson Middle School's former cafeteria manager, Marquette Magee is accused of embezzling nearly $2,300 from the school cafeteria between August-October 2014.

State agents said Magee created false documents that included different amounts of money collected and submitted them to the school district office.
