A Lamar Co. man goes back to prison

Lamar County, Miss. - A Lamar County man now has two charges stacked against him.

Deputies said they arrested Jason Michael Backstrom, 36, on Saturday for possessing of meth with the intent to sell.

Backstrom was already out on bond for manslaughter involving a deadly car crash in 2015.

Backstrom is currently behind bars on a $20,000 bond.
