Jones county woman stole check from grandmother

JONES COUNTY, Miss. - This is a press release from the Jones County Sheriff's department.
On Saturday, May 7, 2016, Trinity Rayne McCraw, 20 of Laurel was taken into custody with the help of local citizens providing information and the Jasper County Sheriff’s Department.
McCraw was wanted by the Sheriff's Department to answer to a charge of Forgery, Uttering. On April 22, 2016 McCraw's grandmother discovered a personal bank check had been stolen and suspected her granddaughter. This had been an ongoing problem for years, with McCraw stealing checks, jewelry, and cash to support her drug problem.
She was charged with Uttering Forgery and her bond is set at $15,000.
