Judge rules not to start HB 1523

JACKSON, Miss.- The state has been divided on House Bill 1523 and one side is happy that U.S. District Judge, Carlton Reeves issued a preliminary injunction prohibiting the law from starting Friday.

Reeves said the Religious Accommodation Act does not represent the freedom and equality the United States stands for.
