Labor Day Weekend, blood donations

PINE BELT, Miss. - During the Labor Day holiday, people will be enjoying outdoor activities, traveling and attending family gatherings.

Unfortunately, accidents occur and blood usage increases. Due to an unusual decline in summer blood donations and the assistance in blood availability during the recent Louisiana and South Mississippi flooding, blood reserves are low.

Your donation is needed to help ensure our family and friends have blood available if and when it is needed during the Labor Day holiday.
