United Blood Services, donors can win free Saints tickets

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Donate blood with United Blood Services September 18-24 and you are entered to win a pair of tickets to the New Orleans Saints vs. Denver Broncos game on November 13!! After an unusual decline in summer donations, sending support to Louisiana during the flood and the Labor Day holiday donation decline, donations from donors of all types is currently needed to restore the blood supply. As a thank you for your donation, you will receive a T-shirt and one entry to win a pair of tickets to the Saints football game on November 13! One winner will be pulled from donors who donate at United Blood Services donor center in Hattiesburg September 18-24.

Monday, September 19- 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Thursday, September 22- CLOSED
Friday, September 23- 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, September 24- 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

“We are excited to offer a pair of New Orleans Saints game tickets to one lucky blood donor,” said Mitzi Breaux, Marketing and Communications Manager with United Blood Services. “We are even more excited about restoring the local blood supply after a difficult summer. We hope you are able to find the hero in you and donate blood in September”.
Blood donation takes about an hour from check-in to refreshments. Donors can save about 20 minutes by completing their Fast Track Health History the day they donate. It’s at www.UnitedBloodServices.org.
Volunteer blood donors must be at least 16 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good health. Additional height/weight requirements apply to donors 22 and younger, and donors who are 16 and 17 must have signed permission from a parent or guardian.
