USM hosts career fair, 95 employers present

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The University of Southern Mississippi hosted a Career Fair Wednesday.

There were 95 employers present from the Mississippi Department of Health to local employers in Hattiesburg.

Media Specialist, Tonya McGee with the Career Development Center said, "It is vital to your career of getting the practice of knowing how to network."

She added ,"It is not always about what grades you have, but what hands you shake.

McGee said 652 students participated.
