SEMINARY, Miss. - Seminary High students came to school Thursday morning, to find racial slurs written in the school gymnasium.

Officials said the vandals may also have stolen around $300 from the school.

Superintendent, Arnetta Crosby said, "This is unfortunate that this incident happened here. This is not anything we want to portray that is a normal thing that happens here in our county, in our district within our schools. We teach acceptance and love of all people of all races."

Officials said the investigation is ongoing.
