Hattiesburg police arrest two in armed robbery connection

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Hattiesburg police arrested two men in connection to an armed robbery early this month.

The incident occurred at the Wagon Wheel Video on U.S. Highway 49 on November 5.

Tony Belsome, 21, and Trenton Gray, 23 and are charged with one count of armed robbery.

“A masked man made entry into the business and robbed the cashier at gunpoint,” Hattiesburg Police Captain. Branden McLemore said after the crime.

Authorities said both Belsome and Gray are booked in the Forrest county jail and the investigation is still ongoing.
