HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The Kids Hub is gearing up for its Superhero 5k/10k Run Saturday at Southern Miss’ Pride Field.
Executive director, Didi Ellis said, "We just want to give people an opportunity to show their support for the work that we do. We know that we have a lot in our community that love to run and race. And what better cause to run for? So, we are working to run to stop child abuse in its tracks. You can wear your costumes. There will be prizes for the best dressed. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday."
Registration is at 8:30 a.m.
The 5k begins at 9 a.m.
The 10k will be after that.
The “Family Fun Run” will follow after the 10k.
