HPD arrest man, attempted armed robbery

HATTIESURG, Miss. - Hattiesburg Police arrested a man Saturday after an attempted robbery.

Police said Destin Moody went inside Home Bake and Candy on November 16.

Moody threatened employees with a knife and demanded money. The employees opened the register, but Moody did not take anything and ran.

The investigation is ongoing.
