Winter Showcase Camp, Southern Miss

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The Southern Miss baseball program will play host to its Winter Showcase Camp, Sun., Jan. 15, 2017, at Pete Taylor Park/Hill Denson Field.

Registration for the camp begins at 11 a.m., that day with the camp starting at 12 noon and run through the completion

This camp is designed to allow current high school freshman through junior college sophomore (junior college freshman must be academic qualifier) baseball players the chance to learn the skills needed to compete at the next level while receiving instruction from current Southern Miss coaches, various junior college coaches and other four-year Institutions. [if !supportLineBreakNewLine] [endif]The price is $155 per camper and the cost includes instruction, insurance, and a Southern Miss camp t-shirt. The itinerary will include instruction specific to each participant's defensive position, improving 60 times and hitting. Any pitcher will be allowed to also participate at their other position.

The camp will be limited to the first 100 applicants and will take place at Pete Taylor Park/Hill Denson Field.
