LAMAR COUNTY, Miss. - For the third time in a row, a Lamar county Judge refused to allow bond for two men accused of conspiracy to murder a member of the state college board.
County Judge Billy Andrews denied bond for Howard Cameron, 47, and Glenn Evans, 46 (left and right pics).
