Jones county man charged with 3 counts molestation

JONES COUNTY, Miss. - This is a press release from Jones County Sheriff's Department.

A concerned parent contacted the Jones County Sheriff’s Department concerning numerous inappropriate actions that occurred between a family member and her daughter between January 2009 and January 2014.

The victim participated in a forensic interview, where it was revealed Lindin Ellzey, 37 of Soso, had inappropriate relations with the victim, on several occasions.

Ellzey was charged with three counts of Molestation and taken into custody on January 9, 2017 without incident.

His bond was set at $90,000 and the judge initiated a no-contact order with the victim.
