Bolton's, sentencing

FORREST COUNTY, Miss. - The sentencing for former Forrest County chief deputy, Charles Bolton and his wife, Linda has been pushed back a second time.

Both were indicted with ten counts of tax evasion and filing false tax returns in March 2016.

Their original sentence was scheduled in December.

The couple is now scheduled to be sentenced on Feb. 3.
