LAMAR COUNTY, Miss. - The Public Service Commission set a date for Arnold Line Water to make its arguments for not complying with the changes to its rules and regulations that were ordered by the Commission.
The organizations will meet June 6 at the WoolFolk Building in Jackson.
Arnold Line has a 30 day deadline to submit its legal argument. The briefs should outline the utility company's reasons for not complying with the Commission's decision filed in March.
