Man, woman arrested for possession of meth

PERRY COUNTY, Miss. - Perry County deputies arrested a man and a woman Sunday night for having meth.

Sheriff, Mitch Nobles said they arrested Marcie Davis, 43, on Pumping Station Road and Morristown Road for felony possession of a controlled substance. Deputies also arrested Trenton Brownlee, 40, on Highway 15 and Riverloop Road for felony possession of a controlled substance.

Nobles said he promised to fight the war on drugs when he was elected as Sheriff of Perry County.
