HPD sought armed robbery suspect

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Police are still searching for a suspect who is connected to a Saturday night armed robbery.

The incident happened at the Mint Mart located on 1801 Hardy Street.

Hattiesburg Police said the suspect entered the store, displayed a weapon at the clerk and demanded money from the register. The suspect then fled the scene.

No one was injured during the armed robbery.
