The Orthopedic Institute celebrates five years of providing care

HATTIESBURG, Miss - The Orthopedic Institute celebrated five years of providing centralized orthopedic care to patients Monday.

Orthopedic Institute Administrator, Steve Jackson, said the medical group has performed 13,670 surgery cases and has come a long way since it's relocation in 2012.

“We’ve developed this campus with our physician partners, Hattiesburg Clinic, Southern Bone and Joint…we continue to grow our offerings and sub specialization. We offer just about sub specialty in orthopedics here that includes spine surgery, sports medicine, total joint replacement, etc,”

The Orthopedic Institute treats patients in the southern region from surrounding states including Arkansas, Tennessee and in some cases as far as New Jersey.
