LPD searches for auto burglar

LAUREL, Miss. - The Laurel Police Department wants to remind the public to keep their car doors locked after an auto burglary took place in the Jones County area Tuesday.

Officers responded around 2 a.m. near Old Bay Springs Road to a resident who reported a small amount of personal property missing from an unlocked vehicle. Police are seeking identification information of the suspect along with any reports of suspicious activity.
