Unknown Body

Police are still trying to identify the body of a woman who died yesterday.

The woman died after she tried to evade police. Hattiesburg Police Department tried to pull the woman over for reckless driving on Hardy St.

When the woman saw the flashing lights, she hit the gas and took off before crashing into the side of the Jackie D. Sherrill Community Center in downtown Laurel, causing the car to catch fire and become engulfed in flames.
