MDOT: Bridge on S.R. 184 closed until further notice

MDOT says the bridge on State Route 184 in Jones County remains closed until damage from recent heavy rain can be inspected and the debris is cleared.

"Flash flooding caused a large tree and other debris to strike the bridge and also washed out some of the abutments," MDOT says in a statement.
